Delivery

Orders are shipped using Royal Mail tracked and signed for services. We aim to post all orders within 24 hours of being placed, if we expect there to be any delay to this (possibly because there's some swell and we're at the beach) we will email you immediately. If you need an item urgently please contact us at contact@thegoldenrays.com and we will do our best to get it to you!

UK SHIPPING
For the UK our Standard Shipping is sent 1st Class Signed For with a delivery aim of 3 working days. The cost will be calculated at check out, depending on the weight of your package.

Next Day Delivery is available in the UK and we use Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm. The cost will be calculated at check out, depending on the weight of your order. Services do require a signature so if you choose Next Day Delivery please make sure there is someone at the address to sign for it.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Orders from outside of the UK are shipped using Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed and aim to be delivered within 7 working days. The cost will be calculated at check out, depending on the weight of your package and shipping address.

PLEASE NOTE: Orders outside of the UK may also be liable to local Import Duty and Sales Tax, these vary from country to country and will be payable to your local delivery office upon receipt of your order.
